We are proud to present Fondasi: Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar Volume 1, Issue 1, featuring a series of valuable research contributions aimed at enhancing the quality of basic education. The authors' contributions encompass a diverse range of innovative topics, such as improving reading abilities and content comprehension through the use of picture cards and animated films; exploring the role of educational media, including educational games and pop-up books, in enhancing student engagement and learning achievement; and conducting in-depth analyses of the impact of gadget usage on the social development of elementary school-aged children.
